Overall Mission: We build energy producing travel and education villages for present day and future generations to flourish in a peaceful and sustainable way. The project incorporates technology advanced sustainable practices and children learning together from each country all over the world.

This project fuses together and provides a hub to evaluate and advance our technical, environmental and humanitarian aptitude for the present and future generations. The goal is to provide an oasis where people learn from each other and their environment to create a more dynamic and sustainable world.

Mission 1: Lab for technology companies to plug-in existing and test new products which both produce energy and provide a more sustainable environment

How: Sponsorship’s and Partners - Hardware and Software technology companies will provide everything from latest energy saving lightbulbs, smart thermostats, wearable bmi devices, solar panels, daylight harvesting sensors, water flow sensors, computers, tablets, electric motors and bio-intensive farming methods to plug-in existing, improve, sell and test new products.

Mission 2: International School to educate children from each of the 196 countries together in multiple countries.

How: Governments and Private Education Funds - The International School will educate 3136 children each year. These institutions will be responsible for the sponsorship of 16 children, ages 5 - 21, from each of the 196 countries. These children will come to the 20 project locations around the world to learn with and from eachother to become educated and conversant in the world, its' cultures and environment. These children are our future leaders.

Mission 3: Village for Residents and Guests, early adopters, and health, tech & environment conscious consumers to understand their own consumptive and productive energy use.

How: Sustainable Village - Guests will visit and Residents will live in the Village, as a real time sustainable energy production and consumption experiment. All food is grown on site and various restaurants provide innovative and clean cuisine. If you can't measure it you can't fix it.

An aside, we need to know what we have and what we are working with to know where we are going. Unless we have sustainable practices completely figured out, or at least measured and in data capture mode, how can we ever hope to fix the environmental degradation?

Furthermore, how can we hope to build cities on other planets, if we do not have it first perfected here? People come to participate in their energy metrics to observe their own energy production, consumption and cultural aptitude. When we know how we operate, we know how we can improve. As a finance strategy to sustain and provide funds for the village; on-site residences will be available for individual or company purchase. Some homes will be situated along a skyline drive with airplane hangars. Locally grown produce markets, restaurants, and retail shops providing classes to make or install or use the products sold.

In keeping with sustainable principles and best practices, cradle-to-cradle philosophy is employed. Local vernacular building traditions are incorporated to create regionally appropriate architecture at each location. The concept for the hotel and residences is zeitgeist to our present technological advancements. We collect data, track our distances covered and calories burned with health conscious wearable devices. Many devices provide the data outputs based on our existing environment. Our physical environment needs to have a symbiotic relationship with human behavior. Each learning and adapting to each other. In addition to locally sourced cradle-to-cradle building principles.
